This past weekend my hubby took me to the Military Museum in Chilliwack. It is on the old grounds of CFB Chilliwack which used to be the old training grounds for the Canadian Army. In the museum was a set of Diaramas or models if you will of war scenes. If you like models or building them you would of loved to see these.
Each of these model battlefields depicted an actual battle from the different wars, such as World
War 1 or World War 2. They were very well done, very detailed and life like. I took a lot of pictures and have as many that I have not put on here as are here. Maybe next week I will do another installment of those photos.

Dioramas are great and cool exhibit concepts. Children (and men too!) love the 3D effect although I wish they built foot stools for children cause the ones we have here don't and I have to carry every kid I bring to the museum! Imagine carrying 4 kids in a 50-plus cases!
Looking at your pictures reminds me only of the very terrible days during the second world war I survived.
