Oh my gosh, this was a hard one for me. I am like a lot of you, not liking to have my photo taken. And even though I understand the reasons I should let my picture be taken, its still hard.
I think that is what makes it an awesome subject! It is always good to face the things you find difficult and overcome them. I might just work more on this in the future!

I really like how dramatic this photo is...it is mysterious and really really good and it makes you wonder who is she and what is she thinking...
It's great, Lorna! Very intriguing. (Good for you for doing this – I never do SPs! )
Have a great weekend.

Very creative- I'm glad you decided to do it. Hoping there are more in the future!
I love this shot! It makes me wonder what you're thinking, where you are, and who you are. I definitely think you should take more self-portraits.
Thanks for visiting my blog! And yes, the timer is fun and I think was bought for around $10 at Best Buy.
This is a super intriguing picture. Way to step out of your comfort zone! :)
Thanks for visiting my blog!
i really like this composition. very interesting and tells a bit of story at the same time.
This is a wonderful image! Superb lighting and composition -- the slats of the blinds and shadows across the face [perfectly located] add to the mystery. The bit of color noise is not at all disturbing. Brava!!!
