Thank Goodness for Friday

I watched for about an hour trying to catch Mama Bird actually feeding Baby Bird but she was so quick that by the time I got ready to take the picture she was gone of flying away like she is here. Baby bird wants her back too!

This isn't just my favorite SkyWatch photo, it's one of my favorite photos ever, anywhere! It should be on cards, posters, calendars... it's just brilliant!

That must have been quite an hour of zen you experienced, waiting for that shot of mama feeding baby! I can't imagine you could have captured a better photo than the one you did, though.

That birdhouse is spectacular too! I agree with Kel... best birdhouse ever!

Thanks for this photo, made for a wonderful start to my day!

That is a great shot! Your patience was rewarded even if it wasn't the shot you were looking for.

What a fortunate shot with that little mouth at the ready! A fantastic birdhouse as well.

I'm a bird lover - so I sure love the photo of the baby peeking out of its little house.

Hi Lorna! I do think that this photo is more exciting and beautiful than one of her feeding would be. Great job! I just love it. Have a wonderful weekend. – g

Fantastic "First of the Month" shot. I love how you caught her in mid flight. Blue sunny skies - ya summer!
