I have been delving further into learning Photoshop since upgrading recently to CS5. I have seen Multiplicity photos before on the Net and always wanted to learn this skill. I had a bit of an idea how to achieve it, and tryed for days it seemed to make it work but it just wouldn't. Isn't it frustrating when you know what you want to do, just not how you can do it!
I seem to learn a lot about Photoshop by having to stumble my way through different parts of it rather than look up something further on the net, so in the end I had to bite the bullet and look it up. I discovered where I was going wrong and how to correct it and low and behold I have it figured!
I had enough pictures to make a few of them, here are two for you. The above is a stranger who was kind enough to pose for me.
The photo below is my nephew Aaron, taken at the park in his hometown. I have a few friends who want me to do one for them also. They are unique!
I like challenging myself with something new to learn. It helps me learn things I didn't even set out to learn, so its like a bonus!!

These are great! I have yet to try one, but they look so fun!
So cool! This looks like a fun skill to learn. Thank you for sharing!
I love this, I totally want to do a self portrait shot to capture the stage of life I am at right now, (running in 300 directions at once as a fledgling photographer, full time homeschooling, part-time working Mom.) Thanks for the inspiration!
I absolutely LOVE doing the layers with multiplicity photos. These are really great, I think its fun you had someone pose for you!!
Love this, I've tied this but it ended up as a multiple self portrait as I couldn't get my son to pose. Love the first one, wow, this was a stranger, he did a great job of posing for you. Very unique and cool!
I bet you had a fun time doing that. Awesome!
First off, how lucky are you to get a stranger to pose like that for you!! That is cool!! I feel you pain on knowing what you want to do just not know how to do it. These both turned out fantastic! Great job!! I also really like your header image!! Thanks for sharing!
Very cool...great creativity!
Awesome idea! I'm not nearly versed enough in photo editing to attempt something like this.
Hi Lorna! I am SO impressed with what you created here. Congratulations on challenging yourself and pulling it off with such style! In all my many years of using Photoshop, I've never done something quite like this.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment on the calendars and Paris photos. I'm always happy to see that you have stopped by, even though these days it takes me an age to respond. All the travel this year has been wonderful but I am perpetually behind!
Wishing you a great week and look forward to your next creations.
