Project 52 Sweet Shot - Frozen

P52 Sweet Shot Tuesday with Kent Weakley
I don't know why but my back yard has a lot of tiny mushrooms growing in the grass this year. Like hundreds of them. And they have never grown in my yard before. I am wondering if it is the deluge of rain we get each and every day. Honestly, I can't remember a day without rain since late fall. We had a couple of days where it got really cold, snowed a bit but created frost on all surfaces.
Like all these mushrooms!

 Scattered Horizons

Found this frozen spider web clinging to the underside of a bench in the park.
I think these kind of look like little planets in a way!!

  1. Your shots are always awesome and really inspiring. We have lots of mushrooms and spider webs, but none will look like that because we dont have snow! Maybe we always appreciate those we don't have. But those older photos of dewdrops are really my envy!

  5. Love the last image, the way everything starts in the centre and moves out!! I have never seen an inact spiderweb outside this time of year...
