I am seeing signs of impending spring everywhere lately. Snowdrops and some crocuses starting to bloom, sprouts from daffodils and tulips coming up. Today I saw my first hummingbird. I could not get a picture other than silouette of the hummingbird as the sun was behind him and I didn't have the right lens on but I still got a picture, a sure sign of spring!
So it might not be technically a macro shot but it is the closest I could possibly get to it. I thought you might forgive me for that!

ReplyDeleteHi Lorna! It's a great image, macro or not. I know how hard these little guys are to photograph – I love that you made it a silhouette.
