Macro Monday

Here is another recipe for one of my favorite foods, Chicken Wings.

HONEY SESAME CHICKEN WINGS

A few dozen Chicken Wings
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup Liquid Honey
2 TBSP. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 TBSP. Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients in a shallow bowl, add your chicken wings in and toss to coat wings. Let them marinate until you are ready to cook.
Spread wings on cookie sheet lined with Tin Foil, and sprinkle generously with 1/3 cup Roasted Sesame Seeds. Also sprinkle all the wings with Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Wings are done when skin is crisp and caramelized.
Sprinkle chopped Green Onions over top to garnish wings and enjoy!

These wings are supper tonight and so get down good that I thought you might want to try them sometime as well. They are also super easy to make, and after they are all gone, all you have to do is roll up the tin foil and throw it out and dishes are done!
